In accordance with French law (Articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code), you have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal, which means you can cancel your order without having to provide any reason or pay penalties.
However, for digital content like Digital Flap, once you give your explicit consent to start downloading or accessing the content, you lose your right of withdrawal.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days from our decision.
Although our app is accessible and sold internationally, this policy is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
