The app DigitalFlap is available exclusively on the App Store. In some cases, a license may also be purchased directly via our website or through authorized magic distributors.

3. License & Usage

Purchasing a license grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial right to use the app and its effects for performance purposes. Resale, duplication, or distribution without authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments made through the App Store are subject to Apple’s terms and policies. Purchases made via the website or distributors are final and non-refundable, except where legally required.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content (including AR effects, visuals, logos, and names) is the exclusive property of MagicReality. You may not modify, reproduce, or use them outside the intended context without permission.

6. Updates & Changes

MagicReality reserves the right to update the app and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the latest terms.
